Sebastián Ceria is an Argentinian mathematician who holds a BS from the University of Buenos Aires and a PhD in applied mathematics from Carnegie Mellon University.

Vice President and Treasurer. Santiago Ceria holds a BS in systems analysis from the School of Engineering at the University of Buenos Aires and an MS in software engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
